A lot of good ideas from you both. I've always just put them in careers and lives I wanted. So hearing how you do it, I can see that it makes more sense!
On a side note, I just aged up the quadruplets and as I was fixing their clothes to keep their snobbish celebritist mom from disowning them, I found out that our youngest son is deaf.
For some reason, this really affected me. I've never dealt with deafness at such a young age in my real life family so never really gave it much thought. However, seeing him standing there smile while waiting for me to choose his clothes just like the other kids did, really touched me.
