My Pups not there !! ( Complete List )

I just saw the total lists of the Pet Breeds for the Cats & Dogs pack, and I want to know WHY My Pups are not even there ? , I have Japanese Chins, so how am I going to be able to make My Fur babies if they are not even in there? , and what No Cairn Terriers either? So basically I Pre-Ordered this pack for nothing? , I am so not happy bout this, I can not go and use CC in My sims 4 game, otherwise I would add CC versions of My Fur Babies in game like I have with all the other Sims games in the Franchise, Why Have Japanese Chins Never been added into any of the Sims games ? , does the Team not even know what they are, or they only put in Pets that they have for this pack, I have been asking for Japanese Chins since Day 1, so there is No Excuse for not adding them in My opinion.:(
