My Sim due to take over family line...is ugly!

Hi guys!
So after 5 girls, I finally had twin boys for my storyline and they just aged up in teenagers....and their not very good looking! :disappointed: Mother is Dina Caliente and Joaquin Le Chein....The 5 girls were ok, some were 'iffy' and others were pretty but none were 'gorgeous'.....So Dina is still in adult age....She just pregnant from Elder Don Lothario hehe, I'm so glad she got pregnant the first time because I can't woohoo with him more than once in case i accidently kill him :lol:
Anybody had this happen? What did you do?
It's funny because in my game Nina and Don are married and had 3 kids (1 girl/2 boys) and only one of them was decently good looking!

A lot, if not most, of the time by the time my in-game born male sims become teens they're "deformed" in some way. Really tiny or huge feet, really skinny bodies, sometime they have "feminine-like" hips too. I always go into CAS, click on the little arrow next to the die, un-check everything then check the box next to body and click on the die. I keep clicking on it until I get one that I like. I have one male sim right now that I decided to leave as is. I'm itching to "fix" him, but I'm fighting it so maybe I can see how his kids turn out.
This rarely happens with my female sims. When it does, it's usually just in their feet.
This could be because of the way I'm using one of the mods that I have in my game, but it could also be the genetics of the NPC sims or it could be both.
I've never used Joaquin Le Chein though.

My current save has a legacy challenge. While some kids look nice, others look off or deformed, and I fix their faces. I'm considering giving more of the unlucky ones several pets in each household.

I’m playing a legacy and my gen 2 heir is married to a sister of Malcolm Landgraab’s named Lorena. They have triplets that are now teens. The girls have Lorena’s strangely shaped lips, Dad’s big cheekbones, and Lorena’s slightly hooked nose. One of them also got weird shapes eyebrows and a small chin. I fixed her chin a little bit I’m trying to be okay with how they look lol.
