It looks like it could be a hidden trait. You could try using coolspear's traits Add & Remove Traits On Sim Non Debug that can be found here simsasylum.com/tfm/index.php?/topic/12800-traits-sim-trait-application-system-reworked-new-additions-for-march-2018/. To search for and remove the trait. You have to register first at Naughty Sims asylum first though to be able to download, but it is worth a try.
