I locked her in a room with 7 others and was sat next to other sims when she did the poison belches. I didn't get any moodlets or any notifications about poison. Not yet anyway. I will keep testing a bit more. I ended up throwing their camping gear down in the room I locked them in since it looks like they're going to be there for a while. I was expecting the poison belch to occur more than once a day.
