I mean...I get what your saying, but polyamory does exist. There's not a way in game--without using cheats/mods or earning the Player trait--to be honest about that kind of thing and have everyone be okay with it, but I just wanted to state for the record that it is possible to date two people at once without being a bad person.
And as to your example--my sim isn't married to either of them, and pregnancy isn't an issue since they're all women who can't impregnate anyone :)
