I like Sims 4 in that they don't change into those weird maternity clothes. I also like the bump sizes in Sims 4. Sims 3 pregnancies were crazy, by the time they'd be in labour and heading to hospital they often looked like they were barely pregnant at all! I also like that female Sims can carry on working, and that you don't have to spend Simoleons and hire a nanny, the babies/toddlers automatically go to day care for free.
