My sim is unable to take their final exam

I'm having a problem where my sims in university don't take their final exams which causes them to fail their classes. They go to every class, do homework, write their papers. But the end of the term the days doesn't add up with their schedule and they never have a class to take their final exam. And sometimes if it is the last of day of term they'll go to class but not take a final exam but this has only happened two times. I think it has to do with seasons and holidays. But I'm very irritated cause my sims keep getting on probation or suspended for something I can't fix. Please help!

    My sim just failed after I did all the requirements. She did all her presentations and went to class everyday. She only got to take one final exam.

    I think you should edit the holidays, especially Harvestfest and Winterfest, and remove the Day Off School/Work feature.

    This is a good idea. Do you have Seasons? Could the holidays be interfering with the class schedule?

    And of course, do you have any mods?

    Yes I do have seasons but I dont want them to have to work on these holidays since she lives with family and has two kids so I want to be able to celebrate them and I do have mods.

    Okay so my sim is at her class on her last day of class. she should be taking her final exam but she isnt! when your sim takes a exam when you click on it you have the option to cheat on your exam but my sim had the normal class options then came back and didnt have her final exam checked off.
