My sim just did her laundry in the swimming pool...that ain't right

I suspect this might be a glitch or a conflict caused by some mod(s) I have in my game because surely EA wouldn't program this like this but my sim was supposed to go get the laundry out of the washer...

I once had a glitch where my sims cloths bit him.

They are funny things sometimes, these bugs when they pop up. :)
