If it says 'third trimester: gives birth in ???' that's the end of pregnancy and it could take another 2 or so days before she goes into labor. Until she goes into labor you can't have her give birth. If she's has the 'in labor' moodlet, then you can go to the hospital or use a bassinet at home.
