My surgeon (already a surgeon before uni), attended university (biology DD), while still working as a surgeon (I took a lot of vacation days to manage lol). He was making 240$/HR before he graduated.
When he graduated ("A-" gpa, w/o honors) he was still working the same surgeon position, but I noticed his pay automatically increased to 300$/HR. He also got a picture of himself in his graduation robes and a diploma; similar to his diploma from GTW when he became an RN.
