@Aeroprincess87 Mine popped up with the socials, but I can't remember if I had to announce the engagement to the Sim first. If you open up the wedding event through the calendar, you might be able to select someone there as well.

You can't select someone in the event planning until you've socialized with them and asked them to do it. Sims don't populate to be selected in the event until you do that.

I thought I read that we could order the bouquet using the computer, but I only found the option for the cake. Does anyone know if we HAVE to order from the flower stall?

Also, I chose my wedding cake but it didn’t show up in the planner. Is this a bug?

@Stormkeep Okay. Good to know. Thank you. :smile: Do you happen to know how to change someone you already selected? I wanted to change a flower pal but couldn't figure out how to do it.

I haven't tried to change anyone once I've set it up yet, so I"m not sure on that @Elliandre. If you edit the event and unselect them for the role, maybe you can ask someone else to do it?

when I planned the wedding I had accidentally asked two kids to be the flower girl intending for one to be ring bearer but when selecting roles they both popped up to choose from.

Also, I noticed a kind of bug, it seems to allow you to have a reception the same day as the wedding which would be ideal but I decided to try first having it have it's own day and I noticed I couldn't invite the kids or her maid of honor who is a teen. I thought they had been left out but decided to try a regular party and still could pick them. I decided to wait before activating meh mode and found I couldn't do it cause they had been at school at the time which I don't remember being a thing but as long as it works it'll be a whatever for me. Just a heads up.

Yah, that's always been a thing. Sims who are not "available" on the day and time chosen cannot be selected when you plan at least some events. There's a mod out there that removes that restriction, though I'm not sure if it has been updated for the new pack, as I don't use it.

Never noticed but I meant they weren't at home and coming home fixed it they didn't have an issue being invited on Friday after.

I've never been able to figure out why sometimes school interferes and sometimes it doesn't, that may be what's happening. Thanks for sharing the additional info.

Rofl not going to get over this being a formal outfit, guess it'll fit a certain type of sim, but on the plus side I appreciate more pajamas for male sims tho. :p
