N.A.P. - Can you delete a NAP in affect in another world?

Question

Ok, so here's the thing. Every time my Sim travels to San Myshuno, they have bags over their heads which is driving me crazy. I'm playing Legacy challenge, Gen 7, so it's tradition to have my Sims birthday party at San Myshuno & this NAPs stuff is really messing with my game. I really don't want to disable the entire feature as I do like it in the world my Sims is living in where my Sim has control over what is chosen. But I'm hoping there's a way to delete a NAP that's in effect in another world my Sim doesn't live in?

For some reason I thought they fixed this. But I'm open to any suggestions, mods, etc. I'm at the point now, where I might just have to disable the whole NAP thing.

Hey there! You can absolutely repeal N.A.P.s in other neighborhoods, but you have to do so from within the neighborhood itself. If you don't mind doing a little cheating, you can simply switch to a household in the neighborhood, then access the cheat console (with "testingcheats on"), then Shift-Click the lot's mailbox and click the option to repeal the N.A.P. you don't want~
