N.A.P. Power and Water shut off

Found by left hand googling that Water is shut off Wednesdays and Power on Thursdays. No idea why I could not find the same info yesterday, but I must have worded my search in a less effective way.

Every Wednesday from 9 AM to 9 PM, the household water utility will be shut off. Sims can still use it as long as there's water surplus.
So, @Stormkeep it sounds like producing water (and power) yourself will allow you to shower on Wednesday and throw a gala dinner including cooking food on a Thursday :)
