1) The ability to customize of the world layout like Sims 2 - lay different size lots, different type of terrain & foliage, etc.
2) All things stairs: circular stairs, stairs with landings, stairs at 45 angles, stairs with sweeping base
3) Shorter eating time - meals take too long! 2 hours to eat cereal?
