I had same trouble a lot before I made more intentional simself to use all the self insert stuff with
always be making random gal and then half way through I realize its just me but supersim with barbie dimensions :lol: was not nice discovery
now I tend to try my best to not give my other sims any potential Simmingal assets if possible or give simmingal any assets that i deem suit other sim better
and I try to dress my simmingal sim mostly with things I'd wear irl too if i had it (except the ballgowns and long nails and bold makeup that yes is lovely in game but i don't have occassion for irl and is too bothersome :lol: call it my stage persona eh)
buut yeah long story short no ones getting that Cats & Dogs hair anymore :lol: its taken
