Need help with Ponds, can't interact!
So my sims can fish in the water, but whenever I ask them to wade, collect water, or look for frogs they complain about not being able to reach it. I've tried having different heights to make it easi...

Yup, that's a teeny tiny pond to place ducks on. The grid needed for the ducks is the same size, if not bigger, than the pond they were placed on... the dev team really didn't think that one through. You can't fish or look for frogs or splash around if there's no empty grid area in the pond that isn't filled up with vfx items.
It's a nice looking pond with the plants/ducks etc, but it's also a prime example of what NOT to do if you want to make a pond that you can actually interact with.
