I just had my first Neighborhood brawl & all of the sims who participated got angry I assume this isn’t meant to happen Thank you for anyone who can help Happy swimming everyone

I can confirm that the fighting gives positive relationships in my game, just had that popup again today and participated (for the first time).
Something else must be going on, @SamadamsPlayer, if it isn't working that way for you. Any mods installed?
