Well, it certainly wasn't my cup of tea. Sims babies took over my worlds while some of my favorite NPCs were dropping like flies. Cheating on one's spouse became a plague of epic proportions. Families moved in and out of homes like refugees in the Witness Protection Program, never staying in one house or world for more than two Sim days, often moving into homes I was building for my played Sims that weren't even finished or furnished. There were families with only one baby moving into the mansions, and families with five or more kids moving into the tiniest starter homes. Pet adoptions went through the roof and the pets often outnumbered the Sims living in the household. And the spam phone calls and notifications! OMG! I was deleting full notification walls constantly.
I played around with the settings for NS using MCCC but could never get it to where it made a lick of sense. My only other choice was to add more tuning mods, and that was not an option as far as I was concerned. I wasn't going to add more mods to play a feature I didn't enjoy, so I turned off NS. This all happened while I was creating a new save file for Growing Together right after losing everything when my other laptop crashed and burned. I had to copy my new Sims to my library and delete that save so I could start all over again. I like having a bit of the unexpected happening in my game from time to time, but NS was so chaotic while making changes that were totally dumb, I just had to cut my losses and move on. :/
