Never rejected marriage proposal? What? (with new patch)

I think it was poorly worded. There have been issues where sims were guaranteed to get rejected when they proposed before, like one where they’d absolutely get rejected if they were outside at the time. I figure they didn’t want to say “and they might even get a yes” or something similar in the notes.
