Glad to hear, but I will continue playing offline on version 1.104 until even more dust settles. But progress is a good thing

I'd rather they fixed all the issues we have with the game, and not just focusing on the new bugs, but there are alot of older ones that are still being reported, and not getting fixed. It's rather annoying that right now they're only focusing on the minor or the new major ones that pop up. I'd also like to add that maybe some of the older bugs are coming to the surface with each new pack, and update. What I think the Sims team may need to do is add pack by pack to find all the bugs, and put out a fix. I know that won't happen, but it would fix the game. Still I think the older bugs might be part of the problem as alot of them have been overlooked. Just my thoughts though.

This patch seems to be a step in the right direction. The disappearing moodlets is a severe one as far as I can understand because it interrupts counters needed in the background. This bug can mess up gameplay.Unfortunately this patch doesn't address the shopping cart.

Game straight up will crash if you try and look into an inventory with stackable items (like brooms I know for certain), the disappearing moodlets every time you save & reload, and of course the distortion of sims are all pretty big glitches.I understand wanting more bug fixes in general, but these are chosen for an emergency patch for a reason. These are some big "oopsies."

Has anyone else had issues connecting to the gallery since this update? Since last night, a pop up constantly appears asking me to connect or stay offline. I'm online as i can type this message, so is there something up with the gallery?

EDIT: My EA App had crashed and hadn't refreshed, all sorted now.

I'm going to start going into cas.fulleditmode when my sim's children are infants, aging them up to young adults, and taking a screenshot. This way I know what they're supposed to look like if they get distorted. I shouldn't have to do this lmao

Thank you, team for getting this patch out! Thank you, Simmerorigin for this thread! I always check the news/updates tab before the forums and today there was not a peep about this. Only lots of things about one of their games with an odd name that might be one of their sci-fi shoot up everything in sight games.

Someone in that thread had the good idea to ask people to check if this occurs with other cas items that you can change in live mode, for example, festival t-shirts and robo-arms. This made me think of the crystal crown, too. And what about career and after-school-activity outfits? People should test these things out and add their findings to the report. (I haven't updated, so I'm not sure how valid my own tests would be.)

What I want to know does it affect sims when they get into hair and makeup for the acting career. I hope not! I am so sick of not being able to update my game.

Hi @manicobsessive so far no one has reported it with the acting career.
I think it would have been noticed by now since the acting career is a popular one and using the chair is required at every gig.
Perhaps it isn't a problem because the acting hair/makeup is temporary?
