Also not 100% related but Plumbella posted on her YouTube text post thing that shes "doing work behind the scenes" so I'm guessing she has early access aswell. Maybe they gave gamechangers extra early access with this one so they can get feedback on the pack and what to change in advance before they even announce it.
I know they involved gamechangers in the plans for tiny living aswell as Plumbella also said she had a say in what counts as tiles so I guess maybe thats why simsie possibly showed it two weeks prior to even the announcement.
Maybe they learned from lilsimsie showing off the balconies you can use in EL which you couldn't actually use in the end.
