I wanted to do that but it ruins the satisfaction of thinking my sim did this. It ruins the immersion too, and I don’t want to have to call a gardener.
Just one question though, does it make a difference if you use the pot or just soil on the ground to plant?
No, they'll garden for you wherever your plants are planted - pot or directly into the ground.
