Vampires is GP04 you will need that info to disable it. Disabling the pack should not affect the rest of your game except if you've used any of the furnishings or CAS assets they will disappear in your game and need to be replaced. :)
Thios does work but it does not take it out for good you have to do it at the start of every game, but it is a better solution then I have been playing with trying to avoid it thanks for the tip!
