Whims are very important in Sims gameplay I believe. And what was done with them in TS4 is simply unacceptable. I was on a long hiatus from sims and started playing again only after I've installed Whims Overhaul. Now I'm adding this mod as well. Usage of both make game experience very different and so much better. That's why imo not even emotional system but whims should go first in the list of improvements for TS4.
