New npc autonomy update - HSY What do you think?

So far I think it adds a new layer to my gameplay. I have a thug that is looking to start a family, but now with all of the packs I have, it makes seeking out a mate much more dynamic. I have to see ...

@Chicklet453681 I use Chingyu's mod and I think it's been cleared. It hasn't acted weird and appears to be working as usual from what I can see.
