A moderator should not just close this thread but delete it. Folks really need to start using critical thinking skills before assuming something is a bug. Not only does it waste time on this forum but also on the AHQ one.
If you are purchasing a product from someone whose selling it, check with them first. That is the quickest and easiest way to get the matter resolved. :)
Microsoft will fix it on the first person they have to give the game to. It's not the weekend like it was when Origin's marketing messed up.
