That was the point of my idea: so EA doesn't have to be the one to come up with the pronouns in different languages where gender neutral pronouns don't currently "officially" exist. I'm sure if there are LGBT+ communities that speak those languages, they have their own words they like to use. It would be left entirely up to the player's preference and it's the player's job to add whatever pronouns they see fit: EA just provides the tools for them to do so.
I understand that some languages have different grammar that isn't so easily made gender neutral. That was the point of giving French as an example. That's why I suggested still being able to choose masculine or feminine references while still using custom pronouns in languages where there is no choice but to use gendered language, as a compromise.
Ah, ok, I thought you meant those words being added to the game, replacing he and she. But you rather mean - I think - add a tool to fill in a word you feel fit to replace default?
