Some people are happy with more than one set of pronouns. If people addressed me with female or neutral pronouns I'd be equally satisfied. That's where something like she/they might come in. I'm pretty sure this update only lets us state one option.
You can probably write what you want (outside of things covered by the profanity filter) if you want to poke fun - but be aware there's a difference between pronouns (words like 'her' 'they', 've' etc.) and nouns (words like woman, onion, the things you added) which aren't the thing this update relates to.
