Curious. Does the Tense emotion come up from a previously used trait?

I'm so excited for this because my Time Lord Challenge heavily relies on re-traiting. If the Tense emotion from a previously used trait is gone, then the challenge will be in a good place. I still need to test it tonight and this week, but Pride weekend is gonna' eat up my time though. :(
