I think one of the best for starting players is Euphorial Queen's Rosebud challenge https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/792094/rosebud-challenge-can-you-become-a-sim-millionaire-euphorialqueen-update-29jan2020/p1 I find it challenging, but not SO challenging that you feel overwhelmed.
