New world for commercial lots is needed

Today I started a new save file and as usual I added some commercial lots for my sims at the beginning. Due to fact that some packs don't introduce any new world and some expansions have no more space to build (as Evergreen Harbor or Britechester) I have no room to put more commercial lots than few restaurants, one/two clubs and one SPA maybe. I think that it is time to add a new, empty world to the base game, designed for commercial use. Let's be honest, Magnolia Promenade is too small to be good commetrial area. I miss the concept of map as we had in TS Hot Date.

Currently we have only 34 empty lots per save (with whole Newcrest) and more than 20 lot types to use, of which some lots are not exist in any world and we must to build them at the cost of free space. For examples restaurants, spas, hunted houses, tiny houses ect.

  • Honestly, we need a bigger world.
They claim they keep worlds small because more Sims = worse performance, but lemme show you something:

35 seconds to go from opening the game to the title screen.
16 seconds to go from the title screen to the world screen.
37 seconds to go from the world screen to my current family.

And that's WITH Chrome, Discord and Steam running at the same time as TS4 and Origin.

Just over a minute to get into a family on a mid-range gaming PC.

The concerns Maxis has for TS4's performance are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy overblown.
  • I wouldn't mind a nightlife world like Downtown from the Sims 2, with just nightclubs, bars and cafes. Like what Del Sol Valley and San Myshuno could have been, if they hadn't filled them up with useless set dressing.

Magnolia Promenade is an absolute joke. They should have just merged it with Willow Creek.

Did you install TS4 on an SSD? Do you get simulation lag when you're ingame?

Because I have way less mods than you and I get a lot of simulation lag.

Yes I have an SSD and yes I (occasionally) get simulation lag.
Simulation lag isn't (entirely) related to how many mods you have, it's a problem with the game engine.
