Yes it would. But we don't. :) So the only option is to evict the families if you want to place venues on the larger lots.
That’s what I do. Evict the families and bulldoze the homes to make it what I want! ???.
I recently downloaded some 64x64 homes from watching some You Tube video builds. So you have to replace what’s there sometimes.
I have kept the Watson family but they have a much smaller farm.
I wonder if they’re going to make bigger lots than 64x64?
