I see they've change the map since you played it with that configuration. The plots are in the exact same spots though.

I'm thinking (1) would be a good place to plot down the first residential. A good centralized start.
However (2) is a larger plot of land so more potential to build horizontally.
(3) is the largest. I was thinking of a big residential there, but a park would make more sense.
(4) would also be an excellent start point for a residential.
(5) could be residential. If I put a res in this district it would either be there or at (6).
The three small plots in (7) look good for small residential. I see why you did that.
I like where you put the swimming pool, (8) I may copy you.
I'm still speculating and trying to think this out. But thanks to your contribution, I'm on a roll now!
