Newcrest Save File

Hi guys 😇, nowadays i got bored from townies and lots so much. When i go to a cafe or some lot i got bored seeing same sims again and again. So i want to give townies makeover or build lots and newcres,  how can i save my new world ? And when i start a new game i want to my world to look like this everytime. Is there a way ?
