Children have never been able to cook in any iteration. Only thing I remember them is having like a easy bake oven in S2 which they could make a cupcake of sorts and maybe something else I believe. I'd like to see a similar item like that return back to the game and definitely would like to see child sized bikes. Children and lower have always been limited in what they're allowed to do. Which is fine, but having more child related stuff for them to do would be great.
They've been slowly adding more things for children to participate in for sure. I know IL is pretty lacking, but watching kids be able to build sandcastles and just play in the sand is nice.
Hoping to see more activities for the younger stages for sims, since many have complained they wanted more things for older sims to be doing. That and glad they took the feedback from players in being able to knit things for babies. Hope their can be more things like that for babies even if they can't be freed from the bassinet.
