No grave for my sim!!

Hi, This is my first time here.

My sim split the house from family. When family members died, I tried to go collect the graves at their lots but there were NO GRAVES!!

So, I use MCCC to see what happens when the sim dies. Nothing happens after I kill my sim. She just disappeared and left nothing. No grave and also no Grim Reaper!!

I've updated the game patch already but it is still not solved.

What should I do?  T..T
