No maid in university housing - discover university sims 4?

Question

Hi, so i read somewhere that maids show up in university housing to clean up. They wont clean up the mess made by students but they will show up and clean other stuff? For me, the maids dont show up at all. I can call the handyman and he will repair for free. But i dont see maids coming in. Is that the case with everyone?

Roommates and my sim try to clean up, but there is so much stuff ! Simulation lag makes things worse as they will usually freeze and then stop picking plates up. And roommates bringing up food all the time to dorm doesn't help either.

One sprayed my Sim square in the face while trying to clean a bench he was sitting on. They like to wander around campus too.

I've never noticed maids in the pre-made dorms but one came once I moved my Sim to Darkwing House and set it as uni accommodation. He ignored all the plates/trash pile but he did clean the toilet for six hours, and then he left.  :# This expansion is BUGGY.

There was one in the dorm where the Best Friends premade household lives (at Britechester University grounds) but not in the cheapest dorm on Foxbury grounds. But my roommates there are very diligent and considerate and do all the cleaning for my Sim. I did notice however that in the dorm that the maid came, the housemates didn't do much cleaning and tended to have the dishes pile up, not pick up trash on floor and let the toilets stay stinky.

I am at the non Best-Friend dorm in Britechester (drake hall) and maids don't show up. I have a robot vacuum over there and it is USELESS, does nothing and breaks down all the time. My roomies try to clean but freeze after a while due to lag. May be i have all this lag because of all the mods i have installed.
