No more Happy Toddler reward trait?
In my game the two recent toddlers aging up with all 5 skills level 3 or better, earned no "happy toddler" trait. I added it by cheat, but now I wonder if this bonus trait is no longer an active featu...

It's been bugged in my game for the several past months, you'll just have to manually cheat in the top-notch/happy toddler traits when you deem necessary on age-up.
