I don't mind buying packs but the money grabbing and exclusivity of typically base-game features is V annoying.
Just letting you know, City Living got better reviews than Nightlife and Late Night.
A lot of people don’t like City Living because outside of Apartments, a lot of the new gameplay is locked behind the careers. For people who don’t want to play the new careers, there’s not much more to do.
If you’re someone who likes careers, City Living is a great pack :)
