My two sims who dont live together both have single and lovin it lifestyles and when they do flirty interactions they dont have a romantic bar, do i have to get rid of the lifestyle or will it change ...

I think some of the lifestyle shouldn't be acquired automatically, especially this particular lifestyle. There should be at least a self interaction that this Sims wanted to be single for the time being and he she will acquire the said lifestyle instantly. If Sims is unlucky with love life they shouldn't have this lifestyle acquired automatically for them just because theyre still single.
