My two sims who dont live together both have single and lovin it lifestyles and when they do flirty interactions they dont have a romantic bar, do i have to get rid of the lifestyle or will it change ...

exactly its like if you start a game with a single sim and you focus on getting skills etc up then it thinks oh they arent romantic they can have this lifestyle, i did the lifestyle coaching to get my male sim out of that lifestyle then had him reveal crush to his female crush and it went up, also dont think the flirty mood comes up either
