No Shoes Animation
How about that animation for taking shoes off? Does it bug everyone as much as it bugs me? Why on Earth they decided to do that, I have no idea. I was expecting something like for roller/ice skatin...

Sims just walk in the house without pausing and you barely notice it has happened but suddenly they have no shoes on.
With the amount of times sims go in and out of their house, possibly a house full of 8 sims all doing it, any kind of animation would become irritating. The mod is perfect.
But I doubt EA will change it anyway.
