@maggiemae8135 With the no skills one basically what happens is. You buy a house/ lot then your money resets to 0 automatically. Throughout the whole scenario no matter how hard you work on a skill eg cooking, logic and so on. You just can not gain even one skill point. Not sure what will happen once I reach the target 400 000. Will let you know once it happens ;)
