I used to like that feature--do the neighbors only show up under certain circumstances? I like it because you get to find out a big about your immediate neighbors. I recently moved a couple of mine to Forgotten Hallow, but no one showed up to welcome them to the neighborhood.

I have started new games and didn't get any welcome wagons but got a welcome to the community message from Vlad. Or I get the welcome wagon and nothing from Vlad. Rarely ever both, I wondered for a while if it's because I play vampires that I don't get both or just one and it's randomly decided which one I get.
