Is there enough space on both sides of the bed?And not being able to Woohoo is the same as not being able to eat..I would cry.And even downloaded houses off the old exchange and even EA premades has issues like this also some like the Sunset Valley house from the library you could not enter or visit..I suggest trying your own house and seeing if the issue is the lot you got.
If anything make a box house real quick just add a bed and see if you get the option,that will tell you if its a game or a lot issue.
