Non-editable co-worker rivals: Growing Together

I agree! We already get popups for story decisions like changing traits, why not for this one? I have some rivalries in my game going on already, it would perfect if the sim I imagine as being rivals actually filled that role for each other.

"Oh, no, looks like SimName has entered a workplace rivalry! Do you have already have an idea who that person might be?" - followed by a sim picker. In the upper left the "fill this role" placeholder already known from catering and entertainer sims for party would appear, that will leave the game free reign which sim to use.
