Not entirely sure if it's a bug with new werewolf pack or not

Been doing some workout with my werewolf and I have unlocked the trait called natural healing which that you recover injuries and all physical maladies much quicker, but when I pull a muscle doing workout it says 4hours debuff, may remember wrong but thought that was pretty much standing length for recovery from pulled muscle?

If that is indeed the case shouldn't that werewolf trait reduce it significantly?
