Not sure if it has been reported or if it's just me, but the freelancer career seems bugged

I ran a vanilla game, took my mods folder completely out and I still couldn't get my freelance artist to submit her work, same with the writer's branch, no options to submit to the client. I clicked on everything I could have and still nothing. So I don't think it's a mod problem, personally. I just don't use freelance careers at all...it's a shame, seemed like another way for parents to stay at home and work.
