Now I'm upset, why did almost all my plants revert back? (photo)

My sim has a full garden, and she was getting ready to harvest but was waiting till it was ready, which was about another sim hour into the game. While I was waiting for her to do this, I was having ...

It's a known bug, I had it on one lot in Oasis Springs, so had to scrap my plants, but my Willow Creek lot is fine. And, I don't have the pack. You can " me too" and let them know you have one of the bugs
